    A Blessing to Begin the Day

    Great day KINGS KIDS, may the blessings and favor of GOD cover everyone throughout this day…

    Beginning the Day with Thankfulness

    As Children of THE KING, even before we have finished thanking GOD for another new day, we may be faced with problems or situations that were unfinished in the past. Yet we must keep our focus on THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, whose covering of  the grace and mercy of GOD enables us to get through both unfinished and new challenges that come our way.

    The Finished Work of CHRIST

    Now as KINGS KIDS, as we come to the end of the Lenten season, we should reflect on how GOD has guided us to this moment of GOOD FRIDAY—where THE LORD JESUS CHRIST finished HIS assignment by taking our sins upon HIMSELF. And while this season of reflection may be finished, THE HOLY SPIRIT reminds us that our walk with GOD is not finished but continues forward with purpose.

    Not Finished, But Strengthened

    And as Children of THE KING, even though GOD’S work through THE LORD JESUS CHRIST is finished, we must understand that GOD is not finished with us. And knowing that the enemy will not be finished bringing trials… battles… storms… and challenges, through THE HOLY SPIRIT, we will be given strength to endure, knowing that GOD will bring us through everything we face.

    Healing What Is Not Yet Finished

    So as KINGS KIDS, when we feel that something in our lives is not yet finished—whether it is pain, loss, or hardship—we can trust that GOD is still working. So, through THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, we are covered in HIS care, and through THE HOLY SPIRIT, we receive comfort that allows us to move toward healing. So, in time, GOD will bring us to a place where we can feel the joy that comes from being restored and renewed.

    Trusting GOD to Finish the Work in Us

    And as Children of THE KING, even though we will never be finished needing GOD, we can trust that THE LORD JESUS CHRIST is never finished making a way for us. And through the power of THE HOLY SPIRIT, we will be given peace in the middle of any storm or trial knowing that GOD will finish the work in our lives that will bring us to the victory HE already has planned for us.

    Confidence in GOD’S Completed Victory

    Remember as KINGS KIDS, no matter the battle or trial, GOD will bring it to completion in the best way. So, with faith in THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, we can look forward to a finished outcome of victory. And THE HOLY SPIRIT will remind us that with confidence in GOD, we can declare that the storm has ended and the battle has been finished by the grace of GOD.

    Prayer for the Royal Family of KINGS KIDS

    So as we send out prayers for The Entire Royal Family of KINGS KIDS to be kept in the care of THE HOLY SPIRIT, also pray for peace… calm… comfort… healing… and wisdom to be received by all.

    Prepare… (Maundy Thursday)

    A Blessing to Begin the Day

    Great day KINGS KIDS, may the blessings and favor of GOD cover everyone throughout this day…

    Beginning the Day with Thankfulness

    As Children of THE KING, even as we prepare to thank GOD each morning, we recognize that the enemy may try to place problems or concerns in our minds to distract us. Yet our focus remains on THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, who prepares to cover us with the grace and mercy of GOD each day, guiding us through everything we will face.

    Prepared by the Example of CHRIST

    Now as KINGS KIDS, as we prepare to face whatever may come, we remember how GOD prepared THE LORD JESUS CHRIST for the cross—through the sharing of the Passover supper and the washing of the disciples’ feet on this Maundy Thursday. This prepares us to listen for THE HOLY SPIRIT, who reminds us that GOD has already prepared blessings that will come from every situation we encounter.

    Prepared Through the Promise of the Cross

    And as Children of THE KING, even as we prepare for Good Friday, we can trust GOD to guide us without fear. And through what THE LORD JESUS CHRIST endured, we have been prepared to receive strength from THE HOLY SPIRIT, enabling us to remain on the path GOD has prepared for us and to endure every trial… battle… or storm we face knowing that HE will bring us through them to victory.

    Prepared to Walk in Love and Humility

    So as KINGS KIDS, on this Maundy Thursday, we are prepared to give thanks to GOD throughout the day. And following the example of THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, we are also prepared to walk in humility and love, sharing that love with others. So, through THE HOLY SPIRIT, we will be given the power and courage to stand strong, even when unexpected challenges arise, and continue to let GOD’S light shine through us.

    Prepared in GOD’S Presence

    And as Children of THE KING, on a day when we may need extra encouragement, we prepare ourselves by spending time in the presence of GOD. And as the love of THE LORD JESUS CHRIST fills our hearts, we become prepared for whatever may come. And through THE HOLY SPIRIT, we will receive confidence that GOD is working everything out and preparing us for the victory ahead.

    Remember as KINGS KIDS

    Even if we are prepared or unprepared for whatever is going on, GOD is always in control. So, through faith in THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, we will be prepared to stand without losing hope. And THE HOLY SPIRIT will remind us that because GOD has prepared us for every battle, we can give HIM glory, praise, and thanks as we wait for the victory that is coming.

    So, as we send out prayers for The Entire Royal Family of KINGS KIDS to be kept in the care of THE HOLY SPIRIT, we also pray for peace… strength… comfort… healing… and wisdom to be received by all.

    Refuge…

    A Blessing to Begin the Day

    Great day KINGS KIDS, may the blessings and favor of GOD cover everyone throughout this day…

    Beginning the Day with Thankfulness

    As Children of THE KING, starting our day by thanking GOD is an acknowledgment that HE is our refuge for whatever may come. And as we focus on THE LORD JESUS CHRIST covering us with the grace and mercy of GOD, it declares that we have a secure refuge to turn to no matter what issue or problem arises.

    Finding Safety in GOD Our Refuge

    Now as KINGS KIDS, during times that may be more difficult than usual, knowing that GOD is our refuge allows us to look to THE LORD JESUS CHRIST as our greatest place of safety. And by trusting THE HOLY SPIRIT, we are kept from worry, because we know GOD is our hiding place and refuge in every situation.

    Standing Secure in the Middle of Trials

    And as Children of THE KING, when we face trials… battles… storms… or difficult people, that GOD allows us to face we must hold firmly to our faith that by THE LORD JESUS CHRIST having us in HIS care is what provides us with the comfort of knowing that it is a place of refuge we can turn to. This assurance of having a place of refuge, and through THE HOLY SPIRIT, we can look to receive strength that keeps us from doubting that GOD will work everything out on our behalf.

    Resting in GOD During the Battle

    So as KINGS KIDS, even while in the middle of struggles, we can experience the comfort of GOD’S refuge.  So, by trusting THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, we know HE will make a way for us. And by listening for the leading of THE HOLY SPIRIT, we will be guided into that place of peace and refuge where we can safely wait for GOD to bring the battle to an end in victory.

    Peace That Comes from GOD’S Protection

    And as Children of THE KING, even when situations seem overwhelming, we must remember that GOD is the refuge that keeps us safe and secure. And through THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, we will receive a peace that guards us from fear and anxiety, while THE HOLY SPIRIT reminds us that GOD is always our place of refuge and will with us in times of trouble.

    Confidence in GOD as Our Refuge

    Remember as KINGS KIDS, spending time in the presence of GOD fills our hearts and minds with the refuge of comfort we need while the battle is raging. So, trusting THE LORD JESUS CHRIST to be our covering refuge when we face the enemy gives us faith that THE HOLY SPIRIT will provide the power and courage to stand confidently, knowing GOD is in control. And from this place of refuge, we can patiently wait for the victory GOD will bring.

    Great day KINGS KIDS, may the blessings and favor of GOD cover everyone throughout this day…

    Beginning the Day with Thankfulness

    As Children of THE KING, starting our day by thanking GOD helps keep us from allowing thoughts of problems or issues set the tone for our day. And by knowing that THE LORD JESUS CHRIST will cover us with the grace and mercy of GOD, will help us move through our day without being disturbed by what may come.

    Help Through the Journey of Holy Week

    Now as KINGS KIDS, as we reflect on our celebrating Palm Sunday with songs of Hosanna and praise to GOD will help realize that this Holy Week leads toward GOOD FRIDAY and the sacrifice of THE CROSS and help us not focus on the sadness of what THE LORD JESUS CHRIST goes though for our salvation. Yet with help from THE HOLY SPIRIT, we will be able to keep our focus on the joy of Resurrection Sunday, trusting GOD for the victory that is always to come from it.

    GOD Is Our Help in Every Situation

    And as Children of THE KING, knowing that GOD will help us through the trials… battles… storms… and situations that may arise this week will give us strength. And by leaning on our faith in THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, it will help us to not be overwhelmed by whatever we face. And through the help of THE HOLY SPIRIT, we’ll be reminded that GOD is our helper in times of trouble, and that victory will come in one form or another in every situation.

    Growing Through What We Face

    So as KINGS KIDS, since we know the enemy will bring challenges, we must recognize that GOD can use these moments to help grow our faith in THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. So, we’ll learn not to let worry or anxiety overcome us, and because of help from THE HOLY SPIRIT providing the strength we need to trust that GOD will help us through whatever arises we can be sure that we will get through it all.

    Receiving Help in GOD’S Presence

    And as Children of THE KING, whenever we face a trial… battle… or storm, no matter how great or small, we know that our help will come from GOD when we enter HIS presence. So, by trusting THE LORD JESUS CHRIST to make a way—even when we cannot see one—it will help us not lose hope or become fearful. And THE HOLY SPIRIT will give us the courage to wait on GOD, knowing that with HIS help, every battle will end in victory.

    Confidence in GOD’S Help

    Remember as KINGS KIDS, trusting GOD to be in control is what will help us in uncertain times. And faith in THE LORD JESUS CHRIST which has already helped us in past trials, and by our trusting THE HOLY SPIRIT, has helped us have the confidence to believe that GOD will once again turn every battle around and help us get through the storm to victory.

    Prayer for the Royal Family of KINGS KIDS

    So, as we send out prayers for The Entire Royal Family of KINGS KIDS to be kept in the care of THE HOLY SPIRIT, pray for each one to receive the help needed to make each day better.

    Expect / Expecting…

    Great day KINGS KIDS, may the blessings and favor of GOD cover everyone throughout this day…

    Beginning the Day with Thankfulness

    As Children of THE KING, having celebrated Palm Sunday, we may be expecting that thanking GOD as we wake up will be the easiest part of our day. Yet this is also when we should be expecting the enemy to try to make the beginning of Holy Week more challenging. But because we are expecting THE LORD JESUS CHRIST to cover us with the grace and mercy of GOD, we can also expect that any problems that arise will turn out better than expected.

    Expecting GOD to Guide Us Through

    Now as KINGS KIDS, even when we are not expecting problems or situations that disturb our peace, we must remember that the enemy is always working to draw our attention away from GOD and the peace that THE LORD JESUS CHRIST provides. So, because of this, we should expect that situations will arise that require us to trust THE HOLY SPIRIT for direction. And as we follow the path GOD has set before us, we can confidently expect to come through everything victoriously.

    Expecting Growth Through Trials

    And as Children of THE KING, during this Holy Week, we should expect that the trials… battles… and storms GOD allows will draw us closer to HIM. And by expecting THE LORD JESUS CHRIST to keep us in HIS care, we can also expect that any worry or anxiety will be replaced with the courage THE HOLY SPIRIT provides, enabling us to trust that GOD is working everything out in our favor.

    Expecting Victory Even in Difficulty

    So as KINGS KIDS, we should expect that challenges may arise as we grow closer to GOD and reflect on THE LORD JESUS CHRIST going to the cross. But by trusting THE HOLY SPIRIT, we can expect to receive the strength needed not to be overwhelmed. So, in both small and great ways, we can expect GOD to bring victories out of every situation.

    Expecting Peace in GOD’S Presence

    And as Children of THE KING, when we spend time in the presence of GOD, we can expect to experience a deep inner joy. And through faith in THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, we can expect to be filled with peace and calm, knowing that THE HOLY SPIRIT will remind us that whatever GOD brings us to, HE will bring us through.

    Confidence in What We Expect GOD to Do

    Remember as KINGS KIDS, even when we are not expecting a battle or storm, we must recognize that GOD is always in control. So, we expect for THE LORD JESUS CHRIST to make a way through whatever situations or trials arises and expect THE HOLY SPIRIT to give us the confidence to glorify GOD in advance for the victory we are expecting will be coming.

    Prayer for the Royal Family of KINGS KIDS

    So as we send out prayers for The Entire Royal Family of KINGS KIDS to be kept in the care of THE HOLY SPIRIT, we’ll also pray for each one to receive an overflow of peace… joy… strength… and power.

    Great day KINGS KIDS, may the blessings and favor of GOD cover everyone throughout this day…

    Beginning the Day with Thankfulness

    As Children of THE KING, when we share our first waking moments by thanking GOD for another new day, it keeps our thoughts away from problems or issues the enemy may try to place before us. So, by focusing on THE LORD JESUS CHRIST covering us with the grace and mercy of GOD, we will be able to move through our day without being disturbed by negative situations.

    Sharing Faith in the Middle of the Storm

    Now as KINGS KIDS, knowing that GOD is sharing HIS plan for us each day, we can find ourselves sharing our faith in THE LORD JESUS CHRIST when others wonder how we remain at peaceful during battles… storms… or trials. But thanks to the strength THE HOLY SPIRIT, shares with us we will be able to share with others how trusting GOD is what carries us through even the most difficult situations.

    Receiving and Sharing GOD’S Peace

    And as Children of THE KING, even though GOD allows us to have our share of trials and challenges, we know that THE LORD JESUS CHRIST shares HIS peace with us while we are going through them. And that allows us to trust THE HOLY SPIRIT to share with us the courage needed to stand firm in our faith, knowing GOD is leading us toward a victory that HE is already preparing for us.

    Sharing What GOD Has Given Us

    So as KINGS KIDS, trusting GOD also calls us to be ready to share with others who are going through difficult times. This sharing may go beyond words to include giving of our time, resources, encouragement, and strength. So, by listening to THE HOLY SPIRIT, we’ll know what to share and when—and often, in those moments, GOD will also share with us the breakthrough we have been waiting for.

    Joy That We Share in GOD’S Presence

    And as Children of THE KING, when we enter into the presence of GOD during difficult situations, HE will share the comfort of HIS joy, which will keep us from losing hope. And THE LORD JESUS CHRIST will guide us so that fear and anxiety are not what we share. And THE HOLY SPIRIT will fill us with confidence to continue sharing praise and glory to GOD as we wait for HIM to turn the battle around in our favor.

    Confidence in Sharing Our Faith

    Remember as KINGS KIDS, no matter what trial we face, GOD is in control—so hold on to that faith and share it. Then by sharing our faith, we’ll continue to trust THE LORD JESUS CHRIST to make a way, while THE HOLY SPIRIT fills us with the power to wait on GOD for our share of the coming victory.

    Notice…

    A Blessing to Begin the Day

    Great day KINGS KIDS, may the blessings and favor of GOD cover everyone throughout this day…

    Beginning the Day with Thankfulness

    As Children of THE KING, we may notice that after thanking GOD for waking us to another new day, any thoughts of problems or issues that came to mind begin to fade. And as we focus on THE LORD JESUS CHRIST covering us with the grace and mercy of GOD, we will begin to notice that solutions to what we are facing will come throughout the day.

    Noticing GOD at Work in Challenges

    Now as KINGS KIDS, during this Lenten season, we may notice that more challenges appear as we grow closer to GOD and follow the path HE has for us. But whenever we notice distractions trying to pull us away from trusting THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, we can also notice that THE HOLY SPIRIT is giving us strength not to be overwhelmed, helping us notice that GOD’S plan is still working in our favor.

    Recognizing Victory in the Making

    And as Children of THE KING, whenever we notice trials… battles… storms… or issues trying to pull our attention away from GOD, or we notice that it is stealing the peace that THE LORD JESUS CHRIST provides we should also notice that THE HOLY SPIRIT is reminding us that we have the power to trust GOD to end the storm and bring us through the battle. And even when things feel difficult, we will notice and trust that victory is already on the way.

    Seeing Joy Even in Difficult Moments

    So as KINGS KIDS, during difficult times, we should notice that GOD is actively working to bring us through everything we face. So, when something tries to upset us, we will remember that THE LORD JESUS CHRIST has us in HIS care, allowing us to notice a sense of joy even in the middle of a crisis. And through THE HOLY SPIRIT, we will be given the power to push aside worry and fear so we can clearly see how GOD is turning our battles into victories.

    Noticing Blessings Through Obedience

    And as Children of THE KING, we may notice that when we enter the presence of GOD, we are led to do something for someone else. And as we allow the love and light of THE LORD JESUS CHRIST to be shared through our actions, we will notice that THE HOLY SPIRIT will bless us in unexpected ways. And in those moments, we will clearly notice how the grace of GOD has opened doors to new victories.

    Confidence in What GOD Is Doing

    Remember as KINGS KIDS, even if we notice more trials and battles, we must never doubt that GOD is in control. So, notice how faith in THE LORD JESUS CHRIST has already brought us through difficult times before, and continue trusting THE HOLY SPIRIT to help us recognize that our confidence in GOD gives HIM glory, as we wait in faith knowing victory is coming.
